Rounding the bend near Silcott Island under towering basalt, the 42 year- old tugboat, "Captain Bob" tows its barge upriver to Port of Lewiston possibly to pick up another load of grain. According to IHS Markit, one barge has the capacity of 58 truck trailers or 15 large railroad cars. Photo taken Sept. 16, 2016 by Nan Vance.
