This picture is a photo of one of the seven devils on the Snake river side of the Tsceminicum bronze sculpture at the confluence.
I think the image on cover of inland 360 can be found on the Tsceminicum (sic) sculpture at the confluence of Snake and Clearwater Rivers. Other than the spirit image of mother nature, the image above represents humans.

i saw a group of sculptures like this on a gate of a church (?) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic recently. One of many faces. I don’t have a pic of this one, but I have a picture of the others.
