Candlebox comes to Lewiston, changes venue

Last-minute changes resulted in a different time and venue for the Candlebox concert slated for Tuesday in Lewiston. The concert will now take place at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 3rd Wheel.

Originally scheduled to perform at Boomtown, the band announced the change on its Facebook page last Friday. Ticket holders for the Boomtown show can be refunded at the point of purchase and must purchase new tickets for the 3rd Wheel show.

The Seattle-based rock band is known for its hits “Far Behind” and “You,” released on their self-titled debut album in 1993. They’ve produced several other albums over the years, releasing their sixth album, “Disappearing in Airports,” last April.

Jeff Angell’s Staticland and PeteRG will also be performing at the concert. Tickets for the new venue are $25 and can be purchased at smarturl.it/2vb20d. 3rd Wheel is located at 1634 Main St. in Lewiston.
