Four design projects are planned as part of the Initiative. Others are entryway pieces and a library focal point piece.
Beautiful Downtown Lewiston, a non-profit organization, is managing the Streetscape Design Initiative, in coordination with TD&H Engineers and the Urban Renewal Agency.
