Entry No. 2: Hazel’s Good Eats, Clarkston You don’t have to be in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley long before you realize people like their breakfasts and they like ‘em big. Breakfasts at Hazel’s Good Eats might include coconut waffles or red potatoes. Decor ranges from fun house mirrors to a couch that looks like the back of a pink Cadillac. The coffee is a step above the usual rural greasy spoon.

Here’s two skillets from Hazel’s menu:

Cajun Two eggs, spicy sausage, peppers, onion, pepper jack cheese and Cajun seasoning $8.50

Garden Two eggs, onions, fresh spinach, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and feta cheese $7.75
