Entry No. 1: Season’s Bistro in Lewiston makes its own foccacia bread. You can find it in two of their specialties.

Caprese Points Fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, tomato and Parmesan on foccacia baked crispy topped with pesto and balsamic reduction served with greens. $6.95

Curried Chicken Salad Mild African curry, celery, onion with greens and tomato. Served on foccacia. Half $5.75. Whole $7.95
