While birding in Lewiston/Clarkston on May 24, we spotted this white-faced ibis in its shimmery iridescent breeding plumage in the shallows at Swallows Park. These wading birds are often seen in area waterways in April/May and we were thrilled to see our first one this year. Photo by Ken Spitzer
