Kayla Windley, 7, tries out the antique barber chair while her brother, Thomas, inspects his daddys booth at the National Lentil Festival. They are the children of Tracey and Angela Windley of Moscow. Tracey sings in the ROMEOS barbershop quartet and the Palouse Harmony Chorus. He is a lead hardware engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratory.
The PHC will host an open house 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15 in the Fellowship Hall of Moscows First United Methodist Church, 322 East Third Street.
The antique oak barber chair was originally used in the Pullman Hotel. The wooden barber pole was used in Spokane during the late 1800s.
