"Culinary Tour of the Palouse: Baking The Palouse"

Class taught by Jessica Murray who makes desserts like baklava, incorporating both garbanzo beans and lentils, and a rich molten lava cake featuring lentils. Sit down and savor your culinary creation, perfectly complemented by a selection of local wine, beer, or coffee. Murray, a scholarly assistant professor in the School of Hospitality Business Management, holds multiple degrees in hospitality and food science. She joined the faculty of WSU's hospitality school last fall.
