Duane DeTemple took this picture of the Dragon Bridge in Danang, Vietnam on February 4. The flowers were to celebrate the lunar new year, Tet, that occurred the next day. The bridge was designed by an American firm and opened in 2013. Each evening on the weekend it spews water and smoke.
