Oregon native Harms, who has released 13 studio albums, brings her country music singer-songwriter stylings to Lewiston. Oregon cowboy poet Tom Swearingen joins her with works often inspired by his own experiences and observations from the saddle. This Elks membership drive event is open to the public.
