My Guy & "MY" Chickens

We live in Rural Pomeroy, so we have had snow out here since November. 4 feet with 5 ft drifts! My Chickens did not come out of their Coop until last week! That's a long time to be cooped up! Feb 5th we finally got a warm front and it started to melt, slowly. SO this day, they finally came out and we have just this 1 patch of grass showing.. So, my husband JD, lured them out with dried worms, sat in his chair & they were happy Ladies!
