Drew Clark of Top Shelf Concrete places concrete in a monolithic pour on March 24, 2023. This is the foundation for the second house to be built in Moscow by students in the College of Art and Architecture at the University of Idaho. This two bedroom affordable home will be constructed this summer and sold later in 2023 by Moscow Affordable Housing Trust.
