November 5, 2023 - The College Hill Association and the City of Pullman present the Sorority Yard of the Semester award to Kappa Kappa Gamma. Shown in the photo are RJ Lott (City of Pullman Director of Community Development), Hannah Meany (VP Operations), Terra Chu (VP Internal Affairs), Lucy Barrett (VP Finance), Kirsten Farmer (VP Standards), Katie Watkins (VP External Affairs), Kailey Sparks (President), Glenn Johnson (Mayor of Pullman), and Allison Munch-Rotolo (College Hill Association Co-Chair). The property is located at 800 NE Campus in Pullman. Maintenance of the facility is overseen by housing director Jeanine Smith.

This chimney is the last remaining standing relic of what once was known as the Washburn-Wilson Grain elevators on the southwest corner of "A" and North Almon Streets in Moscow. Rumors say the chimney may be part of a new restaurant or drinking establishment. The photo was taken on May 30, 2023.

Beta Theta Pi is recognized as the Fraternity Yard of the Semester April 21. On behalf of the College Hill Association and the City of Pullman, Mayor Francis Benjamin presents the award certificate to Chapter President Quinn Stauffacher while Live-In Adviser Jayden Patterson, holding the sign, Allison Munch-Rotolo of the College Hill Association, and chapter residents look on. The chapter is at 820 NE Linden Street in Pullman.
College Hill Friends and Family assembled in a back yard on Pullman's Indiana Street for the annual neighborhood BBQ on June 27, 2019. Special guests included City of Pullman Police Chief Gary Jenkins (back row, 4th from right) and Washington State University First Lady Noel Schulz (front row, red jacket). The property is located at 800 NE Campus Street in Pullman and the group would like to credit Justin Morgan for its exceptional yard maintenance.
July 8, 2021, a back yard on Pullman's College Hill, by College Hill Association: Surrounded by approximately 60 neighborhood residents, retired City of Pullman Planning Director Pete Dickinson received a Good Neighbor Award presented by CHA Board Chair Allison Munch-Rotolo. By tradition, the Good Neighbor Award is presented to non-residents of College Hill who make significant contributions toward improving the quality of public life in the College Hill neighborhood.
