This handsome pheasant is a regular visitor to our backyard. He earned the nickname of Swartz for his dazzling dark colors. Planted in the area by the Idaho Game Bird Foundation. Like all pheasants he doesn't stay around and pose so this was snapped on the 24th of October just before he left the neighborhood.
