Nuuk, Greenland, the capital of Greenland. August 21, 2023
Greenland is the world's largest island and is relatively unknown to most people. Only 15% of Greenland is NOT frozen year round. Nuuk is the largest city in Greenland with approximately 17,000 people. Nuuk's formal history dates back to 1728. This was one of the three stops in Greenland on a 16-day cruise roundtrip from New York City.
