“Those Wacky Victorians" Parlor Talk

Featuring Kai Battenberg from the University of Idaho Herbarium. Learn more about Clara Ransom, an influential early Moscow resident and UI graduate with a master’s in botany whose plant collections survived the 1906 Administration Building fire and are preserved to this day at the Herbarium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 6. Light refreshments will be provided. The Parlor Talks series is part of our current exhibit, “Those Wacky Victorians: Early 1800s Hobbies,” open now through October at the McConnell Mansion. The Mansion can be visited 1 -4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and some Saturdays.
