The Sound: Pigs on the Wing doesn’t attempt to impersonate Pink Floyd with look-alike mimicry or note for note replication. Instead, the focus is on interpreting and improvising the music in a fresh way that captures the intense atmosphere and rock energy of the legendary band.
Bio: The band features a collaborative and occasionally rotating roster of musicians composed of members of Portland alt-prog rock act Oxcart and other Northwest musicians brought together by a common appreciation for Pink Floyd.
Current lineup: Jason Baker (guitar, vocals); Matt Jones (keys, vocals); Eric Welder (bass); Bryan Kopra (drums); David Lindenbaum (guitar, vocals); Keeley St. Clair (backing vocals); and Pete Galluzzo (saxophone).
