Lewiston Civic Theatre fundraiser devoted to 'your show will go on'

Lewiston Civic Theater Legends of Music Show performers are Patricia Brinegar as Connie Francis, Rachel Smith as Carrie Underwood and Connie Evans as Linda Ronstadt.

The Lewiston Civic Theatre’s 46th annual Fine Arts Ball, “A Tribute to Legends of Music,” is Saturday at the Clearwater River Casino outside Lewiston.

The theater’s fundraiser features hit songs by musicians like Elton John, Carrie Underwood and others performed live by area singers. The group will also announce the shows planned for its 2017-18 season.

Proceeds from this year’s fundraiser will be devoted to “your show will go on,” according to a statement from the theater. “Lewiston Civic Theatre will continue to impact the LC Valley through quality stage presentations, in depth workshops, and educational programs for all.”

Admission includes a buffet with dessert, silent auction, the show and dancing. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:15. Tickets are $60 per person or $425 for a table of eight and can be reserved online at www.lctheatre.org or by calling (208) 746-3401.
