Lewiston was once the capital of Idaho — before the feds stole the designation by force. Two hundred years later, there are still sore feelings about the way things went down.

In advance of a Nov. 15 fundraiser for the First Idaho Territorial Capitol Interpretive Center, Inland 360 retells the story through the lens of historical fiction and modern social media.
