Kyle Mills of the Lewiston Tribune took these photos of participants in the 2016 Gritman Medical Center LC Valley Down & Dirty Mud Run. More than 450 people took on 15 obstacles at the event held Saturday, Aug. 20 at Lewiston’s Community Park. This included volunteers and 395 registered runners. The event raised around $9,000 for each of this year’s charities, the Lewiston Independent Foundation for Education and the Liberty Theater Preservation Alliance.
