Go there for: Authentic Mexican food and a bouncy castle.
The Fare: Street tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, quesadillas, mulitas — if it can be encased somehow in a tortilla or served over rice, you can find it here. For the more adventurous eaters out there, they also serve beef tongue (lengua) and tripe (tripa).
Cost: Ranges from $1.79 for a single taco to $8 for a platter with enchiladas, rice and beans to $10 for a plate of arroz con camarones (rice with shrimp). There’s a $5 minimum if you want to use a debit or credit card.
Dishes to try: Street tacos with pork carnitas. They come topped with onions and cilantro, and if you get them to go, they come with roasted veggies and some raw radish rounds.
Insider tip: Ask for a side of green sauce. It’s got a little kick, but it’s also kind of citrusy. Don’t skimp on napkins.
Where to find it: On the corner of 625 S. Jackson St., in Moscow and at 330 N. Grand Ave., Pullman.
